Our stay at Vh, Gran Ventana Beach Resort was fantastic! The junior suite was spacious and had a beautiful ocean view. The beach area was stunning with Tiki huts for shade, and the snorkeling was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience even better.
The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I often had to hunt them down for drinks. One night, our dinner plans were ruined when they insisted my son needed formal attire, even though other guests were dressed far more casually.
